2 And Balaam lifted up his eyes and saw Israel [a]camping tribe by tribe; and (A)the Spirit of God came upon him. 3 He took up his [b]discourse and said,
“(B)The oracle of Balaam the son of Beor,
And the oracle of the man whose eye is opened;
4 The oracle of him who (C)hears the [c]words of God,
Who sees the (D)vision of [d]the Almighty,
Falling down, yet having his eyes uncovered,
